New vintage releasing November 2015.
The William Hill Estate 2010 Benchmark is characterized by complex layers of dark jam, cassis, spice and purple flowers, which are balanced with excellent acidity, firm tannins and a velvety texture. Cabernet Sauvignon forms the core of the blend, with notes of cassis and dark jam, framed by wellstructured tannins. Petit Verdot offers a deep purple hue, floral aromas and firm tannins, while Merlot brings jammy fruit component to the blend. The Malbec and Cabernet Franc increase the complexity of the aromas, lending hints of violet and raspberry.
