Processing Your Order
Orders received by 9:00 AM PST, Monday through Friday, will be processed to ship the following business day.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order received at 1:00 PM on Monday will be processed on Tuesday, and the order will be shipped on Wednesday.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes to your order or the delivery address for your wine shipment must be submitted within two hours of placing your order to email@example.com. You will incur a charge of $10 per change for any modifications made to your order after the two-hour window has expired.
