Our William Hill Estate Central Coast Pinot Noir reveals bright aromas of Bing cherries, raspberries and wild strawberries. Notes of toasted oak, clove and shaved chocolate lead to a plush mouthfeel and smooth finish.

Our Napa Valley Chardonnay celebrates our home in the Napa Valley. Aromas of ripe Anjou pear and crème brûlée complement layers of ripe peach, golden apple and lemon shortbread on the palate. The velvety mouthfeel is balanced by bright acidity that carries through a fresh finish with a hint of spice. <br><br> To create a dynamic Chardonnay, we carefully selected grapes from several distinct growing regions in Napa Valley. Fruit was handpicked from the warm St. Helena AVA, which provide tropical flavors and a round mouthfeel. We also looked to the foggy vineyards of Carneros for crisp acidity and to the moderate Oak Knoll AVA to bring structure to the blend. The warm and evenly paced 2019 vintage produced expressive, vibrant wines with complex flavors. <br><br> The grapes for our William Hill Estate Napa Valley Chardonnay were harvested by hand and whole cluster pressed. All juice underwent barrel fermentation at an ambient cellar temperature of 65˚F. Following primary fermentation, the wine underwent full malolactic fermentation with sur lie aging in 30% new American oak.

The pinnacle of our red wine portfolio, our Benchmark Red Blend displays a combination of power, structure and site-specificity and is a tribute to our estate vineyard. Tones of blueberry liqueur, raspberry pie and black currant combine aromatically in the glass with hints of camphor and dark chocolate. Merlot and Petite Verdot effortlessly support the blend, simultaneously adding depth and silkiness to the layered profile. On the palate, lush tannins carry over a long, lingering finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon displays intense, concentrated layers of complexity. The 2019 vintage opens with a rich bouquet of black currant, blueberry cobbler and a warm Tahitian vanilla. Intense notes of ripe blackberries and cedar, along with subtle undertones of sage and olive tampenade grace the palate. Luxuriously silky, this Cabernet boasts opulent tannins that glide on the lengthy finish.

Our 2017 Winemaker's Series Malbec is a beautiful dark purple hue that showcases rich aromas and flavors including plum sauce, cacao nibs, and cherry cobbler backed by lovely notes of cracked black pepper, anise and cedarwood. Medium-bodied, this wine is soft and balanced, offering assertive but graceful tannins, acidity and complexity amid the full flavors. Aging in French oak added hints of toasted oak to the lingering exotic spices and fruit on the satisfying finish.

The William Hill Estate Winery 2020 Napa Valley Chardonnay captures a sense of place from California's famed winegrowing region. Full-bodied and creamy, our Chardonnay opens with aromas of green apple, ripe pear and fresh-baked brioche. Layers of ripe apple and green fig are accented by notes of lemon curd, vanilla and buttery shortbread. The finish is long and lingering, with highlights of toast and a slight floral note.

This is our smallest production Chardonnay that offers classic flavors from this unparalleled Napa Valley Chardonnay region, the coolest sub-AVA in Napa. The 2016 Carneros Chardonnay has lively aromas of lemon drop and ginger that lead to a palate filled with notes of candied lemon and baked apples framed by toasty oak and creamy vanilla. The balance of luscious mouthfeel and firm acidity creates an alluring wine and leads to a long finish with echoes of lemon meringue.

Crafted from select blocks on our William Hill Estate vineyard, this Cabernet Sauvignon is robust, concentrated and complex. Striking aromas of blackberry and cassis are backed by hints of mint and sandalwood while notes of spicy blue and black fruit fill the palate. Full bodied with ripe tannins, lingering notes of caramel carry through the long finish. This wine ages beautifully, revealing hints of earth and spice over time.

The Benchmark Red Blend is our most exquisite expression of the William Hill Estate Vineyard. Using our favorite blocks in the vineyard, our Benchmark Red Blend is characterized by complex layers of dark jam, cassis, spice and purple flowers, which are balanced with excellent acidity, firm tannins and a velvety texture. Cabernet Sauvignon forms the core of the blend, with notes of cassis and dark jam, framed by well-structured tannins. Malbec and Petit Verdot offer a deep purple hue, floral aromas, firm tannins and a smooth finish to the blend.

Our 2017 Benchland Series Chardonnay was crafted with fruit from our estate Stagecoach Vineyard, as well as longtime grower partners in Coombsville and the Oak Knoll District. Beautifully composed with depth and richness, the wine opens with notes of shortbread cookies, sautéed butter and poached bosc pear, leading to a creamy and luscious mouthfeel on the full-bodied midpalate. The finish is long and round, with hints of toasty oak.

Our Benchland Series wines are crafted from select blocks on our estate vineyard precisely chosen to display intense fruit flavors and layers of complexity. This 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Blocks 21 and 23 in the center of our vineyard. It is full-bodied and luscious with concentrated flavors and layers of complexity. The wine’s notes of blackberry bramble, red currant and brown sugar weave together with tones of dried oregano and thyme and a streak of cocoa nibs. The addition of 2% Petite Verdot help build the wine’s robust but refined tannins. The combine with a velvety mouthfeel and lead to a long, lingering finish that blends those fruit and chocolate notes.

Our Winemaker’s Series Cabernet Franc offers notes of fresh berry cobbler with caramel and toffee accents. A rounded, juicy mouthfeel balances with savory spice notes from the barrel for a complex and lingering finish.

Our 2016 Benchmark Red Blend is a 100% estate-grown Cabernet-based wine – a complex and full-bodied tribute to our home vineyard in the Napa Valley benchlands. The 2016 vintage is immersed in ripe notes of black currant, blueberry, cassis and blackberry. Malbec, Petit Verdot and Merlot support the blend effortlessly, simultaneously adding depth and silkiness to the wine’s layered profile. Hints of vanilla, graphite and cedar touch down on the palate and hover above an evenly graded bed of tannins. The wine was aged for 17 months in new French oak (82%).

Our 2018 Benchland Series Chardonnay comes from several vineyards throughout Napa Valley as well as a block of Musque clone Chardonnay from Russian River. A beautiful blend composed of our reserve wines, it showcases the spectrum of our Chardonnay portfolio. It opens with expressive aromas of orange blossom, fig, Bosc pear and a touch of lemon custard leading to a rich mouthfeel and flavors of caramel apple and flaky croissant. The finish is long and round, bursting with fruit and hints of toasty oak.

Our bright, medium-bodied and food-friendly William Hill Estate North Coast Chardonnay offers ripe fruit flavors of ripe melon, mandarin orange, peach and tropical fruit, supported by complex notes of citrus blossom and brown spice. Delicately structured and smooth, this refreshing, well-balanced wine has a crisp acidity and soft, creamy mouthfeel.
