Herb and Lemon Roasted Chicken




1 lobster tail (1-1 ½ pounds)

8 tablespoons butter, softened

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 ½ teaspoon red chili flakes, crushed

1 lemon, zested

Kosher salt

Fresh ground pepper

Olive oil


1. Combine butter with herbs, spices and lemon zest and set aside. Drizzle olive oil over the lobster meat, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Set heat on gas grill to high. When the grill is ready, place the lobster flesh-side down on the hottest part.

3. Grill 2-3 minutes until lightly charred, then flip lobster over and baste with butter mixture. Keep grilling 3-5 minutes more until lobster meat is tender and shell is bright red.

4. Serve with fresh lemon and an extra batch of butter sauce.
